1 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk67 ("bk67", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the bk67 website located at bk67.vip, its sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and slot games (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account on bk67, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of bk67 and close your account.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version is the authoritative version.
2 Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bk67. bk67 operates a strict 18+ policy and verifies player age during Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
- You must register as an individual, using your own true and accurate personal details. Corporate or fictitious registrations are prohibited.
- Each individual may hold only one (1) bk67 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds held pending review.
- You warrant that you are legally permitted to access online betting and casino services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of bk67 is lawful in the location from which you access the Platform. bk67 does not provide legal advice.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Any material inaccuracy may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
- bk67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
3 Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk67 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
- You must not share your bk67 account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, are your responsibility.
- You must notify bk67 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account.
- bk67 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- bk67 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account, or any rights to it, is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity conducted through your account comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. bk67 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bk67 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.
- Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.
- Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the bk67 cashier.
- Deposits must be funded from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Verified accounts processing to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically completed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
- bk67 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Deposits made in connection with fraudulent activity, including but not limited to stolen payment instruments, will be voided and funds reported to relevant authorities.
- bk67 does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges outside bk67's control.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
- Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and bet type. Current limits are displayed within each applicable game or market interface on bk67.
- Once confirmed, bets and wagers are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by bk67's in-play cash-out feature (where available).
- bk67 reserves the right to void bets or wagers that are placed as a result of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or software malfunctions. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a void is applied.
- All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators ("RNGs") for software-based games, and by physical outcomes (card draws, roulette wheel spins) for live dealer games. bk67 does not manipulate game outcomes.
- The placing of co-ordinated, syndicated, or algorithmically-assisted bets designed to exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair systematic advantage is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings derived from such activity.
- bk67 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any individual bet or game session as stated in applicable product-specific rules.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
- bk67 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates, published alongside the applicable offer.
- Bonuses are credited to accounts in PKR and must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
- bk67 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions, use of arbitrage strategies on bonus funds, or any other form of bonus exploitation, is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and account closure.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk67 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using the bk67 platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to interact with bk67's games, betting markets, or cashier systems.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events offered on bk67.
- Creating duplicate accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion, or responsible gaming measures.
- Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your bk67 account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bk67 platform or its software.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bk67 staff or other players.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the bk67 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game graphics, text, imagery, and design elements, is the intellectual property of bk67 or its licensed content providers. No part of the bk67 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bk67. Unauthorised use of bk67's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.
9 Limitation of Liability
- bk67 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bk67 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk67 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bk67 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from platform outages or technical errors.
- bk67's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bk67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 Responsible Gaming
bk67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. All Players are encouraged to engage with the following tools available in their bk67 account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spending.
- Session Alerts: Configure time-based reminders so you are aware of how long you have been active on bk67.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from bk67 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently.
- Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic pop-up notifications during play showing session duration and net position.

11 Termination & Suspension
- bk67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.
- Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, bk67 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, bk67 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal obligations.
- Players wishing to voluntarily close their bk67 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules; withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
- These Terms survive account closure in respect of any obligations that arose prior to termination.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing bk67 from Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or a game outcome, bk67's records shall be the primary reference. Players may submit a formal dispute by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. bk67 will review and respond within 10 business days.
13 Amendments to These Terms
bk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the bk67 platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect (except where a shorter period is required for legal or regulatory compliance). Continued use of bk67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must close their account before the effective date.
